Rent is due on the 1st day of the month, it is late on the 5th

Online payments are preferred, money orders and checks are accepted.

  • You’ll have an online tenant portal, and through that portal you’ll have the ability to create workorders when/as you need them. Once entered we will receive an email with your request, and we’ll follow up with you right away.

We have an emergency phone number you can call for emergencies during the night, and if the emergency occurs during the day our office number is the best way to reach us right away.

It depends on the nature of the repair, but the appointment will be made on the day the request for work has been made.

Two months before your lease ends we will contact you to discuss renewing your lease, or if you’re intending to move out we’ll discuss and schedule your move out walkthrough, and answer any questions you might have.

  • We always get deposits mailed to tenants within 21 days of moveout.
