Lease Renewal
Managers reach out to owners and tenants early to discuss things like rent-raises, law changes and plans for the property so that turnovers can be handled efficiently.
Maintenance and Inspection
Tenant move-in and move-out inspections are conducted as well as periodic inspections to ensure all maintenance issues, either by our in-house maintenance or vendor network, are addressed as quickly as possible.
Financial and Monthly Statement
Detailed accounting records are maintained. Log in to your owner portal to view reports and invoices. We will provide you and your tax preparer with complete end of year detailed financial statements.
Eviction
In the unfortunate event that a tenant needs to be evicted, we will handle the eviction from start to finish to get back possession of the property as quickly as possible. We will also cover up to $1,000 legal fees associated with the eviction.
Renovation Management
When the time comes to renovate the property to make it ready for the next residents or for sale, our experience team can help you navigate through and oversee the entire process.
