    Have a client who could benefit from our services? Send us the referral and we’ll be in touch. Be sure to let them know we’ll be calling.

    2. We Contact the Property Owner

    We’ll get in touch and walk them through the best options available for their home.

    3. We Pay You 50%

    Once we get the first payment, we’ll send you 50% of the first month’s rent. It’s that easy. Referring lease-only clients? You’ll still earn 15%!

    Who doesn't want to pad their existing income with a bit of extra money? Send us a client and we'll pay you 25% of the first month's rent. If they only need leasing services, we'll still give you 10%!
